RDSP Bootstrap is a complimentary business application published by Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd., which operates under IndusInd Bank. It is built for merchants based in India who possess a Permanent Account Number (PAN). This tool is not intended for business operators outside India.
Eligibility and purpose
- Designed for Indian merchants holding a PAN card.
- Enables access to services that use Aadhaar-based authentication for payments.
- Not suitable for international business users.
How to sign in
After installing RDSP Bootstrap, you’ll see a sign-in screen. You can log in using your user ID and password. Alternatively, you may provide your merchant ID or PAN via the “e-Sign” option to proceed.
Apps available to download
- RDSP CSP — Powers AEPS transactions so customers with Aadhaar can make payments at micro-ATMs and point-of-sale devices.
- PB510 RD Service — Handles biometric functions required by the transaction flow.
Note: Occasionally downloads may fail; if the installation completes, both apps can be updated through the RDSP Bootstrap interface.
Installation and updating process
Before you can install either module, the app requires authentication: enter your PAN or merchant ID, or authenticate with your user ID and password. Once verified, you can download and later update the installed programs directly from within RDSP Bootstrap for convenient management.
Suggested alternative
MSpark Free — recommended for users who primarily transact using an Aadhaar card.
