Qiscus Omnichannel Chat is a mobile client built so administrators, team leads, and support agents can continue handling customer interactions when they’re away from a computer. The app extends your contact-center workflow to your phone, enabling quick replies and basic account management while on the move.
Getting started
To link the mobile app with your workspace, open the Omnichannel Chat web dashboard and scan the QR code shown there. After scanning, the app will synchronize your account and conversations so you can resume handling messages immediately.

- Look up customer profiles and view relevant account details without switching devices.
- Read incoming messages and reply in real time with notifications for new activity.
