MyCOMPANY is a free Android application from JABLOTRON created to help installers manage and monitor their projects from a mobile device. It gives technicians quick, direct access to information about devices and installations without relying on paperwork or a laptop.

The device administration tools let installers perform straightforward online checks. From the app you can inspect firmware and hardware versions, evaluate GSM reception, and confirm whether the unit is communicating properly. These functions are intended for fast on-site verification and troubleshooting.

Fast device registration

Registering a product to MyJABLOTRON is simplified: use the phone camera to scan the REG‑KEY or the device serial and supply minimal additional details. This reduces typing and speeds up onboarding of supported devices.

Filing RMA requests from your phone

The RMA module replaces paper complaint forms. Installers can log faults in the app, complete required fields, and attach photos taken with the phone’s camera to document the issue before submission.

Viewing the device "birth certificate"

A dedicated screen presents a device’s identifying information: model/type, country of shipment, which language packs are available, and whether it has already been registered to MyJABLOTRON. This helps confirm compatibility and provenance at a glance.
