Requirements, availability, and limitations
To sign in you must have a J:COM Personal ID (registration is free). MY J:COM runs on Android devices with OS version 5.0 or later. Some functions may be restricted or unavailable depending on your residence, the services included in your contract, or your subscription plan. Older phones may not be supported, and any data or messaging charges incurred while using the app are the user’s responsibility.
