My Spectrum is a free utility from Charter (Spectrum) designed for subscribers to manage their internet and related services from a mobile device. The app centralizes account controls so you can update settings, check service details, and get help without visiting a website.
Getting started
Open the My Spectrum app and sign in using the username and password you use on Spectrum.com. You typically only need to do this once because the app can remember your credentials. After signing in, the app opens to the billing area by default.
