• The plus and minus controls on the left don’t add applications to the main list; they create or delete custom groups composed of apps already listed.
• The main action button to run the cleanup is labeled “cleanse” and is located at the bottom-right corner of the window, which may not be immediately obvious.
• Despite a few unintuitive elements, the application allows selecting and cleaning multiple apps in one operation, which can save considerable time.
