It also incorporates the former CareOnCall functionality so users can access digital GP services without switching apps.

How to Submit Claims and Track Payments

Use the app to submit everyday medical claims any time — day or night. After you upload receipts, the Claims Department reviews them and, where approved, payments can be sent directly to your nominated bank account. You’ll receive in-app updates about the progress of each claim and can browse previously filed claims whenever you need to.

Built-in Digital GP and Home Testing

The app includes video consultations with a GP, an online prescription service, and the option to request home testing kits. These services let you consult with a clinician, get prescriptions issued electronically, and arrange tests for home delivery and return — all from the same application.

Quick and Secure Access

For convenience and security, the app supports biometric sign-in (fingerprint or face recognition), making login faster while keeping your account protected.

Additional Member Supports
