Retrieving payslips and password rules

• To download the PDF to your phone’s storage a different password format is required: the four PAN characters plus the final four digits of the soldier’s enrolment date.
• Note: the app expects alphabetic characters in passwords to be entered in uppercase; if letters are not capitalized the password will be rejected.
