Breezemail — smarter inbox sorting
Breezemail is a web app that uses AI to tidy your inbox by automatically grouping messages. It’s designed primarily for Outlook at launch, with Gmail support expected in a future update. The goal is to keep important messages visible while routing less urgent items into organized folders.
How the sorting works
The service applies natural-language processing to analyze incoming emails and decide what should stay in your main view versus what can be categorized. Message content is processed through ChatGPT to determine intent and relevance, enabling the app to separate essential communications from those suitable for archival or batch review.
Supported providers
- Outlook (primary, currently supported)
- Gmail (coming soon)
Built-in categories and custom labels
Breezemail comes with several ready-made groups to speed organization, and it also accepts plain-language prompts so users can create their own labels.
