Artiphon Connect is the companion application designed to work with Orba 2 and Chorda. It links your device to the instruments wirelessly via Bluetooth MIDI, letting you explore new sounds, adjust tuning and key settings, and build musical ideas on the fly.

Sound Design & Effects

Customize tones by manipulating individual part levels and inserting time-based or spatial effects. The app includes a rich set of audio presets to jumpstart ideas, but you can also fine-tune each sound to create a more distinctive palette for your sessions.

Sampling and Drum Kit Creation

Sampling lets you import any recorded audio and turn it into playable instruments. The drum sampler supports up to 12 samples, making it simple to construct drum kits, trigger one-shot effects, or layer sounds for more complex textures.

Recording, Looping, and Timing

Record multiple parts and loop them to sketch complete arrangements quickly. The quantize function helps ensure slices and phrases align with your selected tempo grid, producing polished grooves and tighter patterns.
