Trauma is the second DLC pack for Alien: Isolation that expands the Survivor Mode experience with three new challenge maps. These short, timed scenarios take place in the medical areas of the Sevastopol station and push players to act quickly under pressure as they confront hostile threats and environmental hazards.
Play as the station’s chief medic
In this add-on you take on the role of Chief Medical Officer Lingard. The character comes with gameplay perks—faster access to Medikits and quicker deployment of distraction devices—so you can heal and divert enemies more reliably while racing the clock.
New locations and mission goals
- A tense crawl through Sevastopol’s cramped vent system that heightens suspense and forces careful route planning.
- Tasks that require erasing research files and data traces while attempting to extract or aid any remaining survivors.

- Prioritize stealth and evasion when possible—staying hidden or avoiding contact often preserves resources for later waves.
Mode mechanics and pacing
The Trauma pack’s challenges are time-limited, emphasizing efficient movement and decision-making over long-term resource management. Expect short, intense runs with frequent enemy encounters and narrow margins for error. The design rewards quick thinking, improvisation, and clever use of Lingard’s medical loadout.
