ACRY is a free iPhone app from 8 Co. Ltd. that lets you design and order personalized acrylic stands and keychains directly from your phone. It removes the need for complex desktop software by producing the cutting data for you, so anyone can turn an illustration or photo into a finished acrylic product.
How the process works
- Place your artwork so it fits within the designated acrylic plate area, then submit it for production.
- Use the app’s tools to create or import the artwork and adjust size and shape without needing advanced PC skills.
- Send your finalized cutting data through the app and order the pieces you want.
These steps replace older workflows that required cutting to fixed frames, giving you more creative freedom while keeping the production simple.
Plate-based pricing model
ACRY uses a “plate” pricing approach: as long as each design fits within the dimensions of the acrylic plate, you can produce any number of items for the same plate price. That means multiple different pieces can be arranged on one plate and ordered together without increasing the cost per plate.
