This is an update to libtheora0 from 1.0 to 1.1.1. I've tested it on 10.5/32 and 10.5/64 and it builds w/ no problems on either platform. The only changes are to increase the compat_version (install_name is unchanged) to two of the dylibs and removed one chunk from the patch file for a file that no longer exists (the docdir part of the patch also had to be modified to match the changed...

guruevi, you're the maintainer, right? If so, then I'll go ahead and commit the version 1.2.8 just uploaded here by alexvial. The only change is a bump in %v and the patch file is identical, so there should be no surprises. You can then decide whether to close the other (devel branch) tracker item.

For what it's worth, ffmpeg-0.5 built fine for me on 10.5/intel/32bit with the following %c and no changes to the source tree. I did not try to build a package because the current version has a lot of patching going on and I don't know the history/reasoning behind those changes. I know Justin has said updating ffmpeg is on his todo list, so hopefully this will help.

A version of this package is already present in the Fink distribution AND has a listed maintainer. You should contact the maintainer directly via the email address shown via "fink info " to discuss updating, as that person is in charge of submitting (or at least approving others' submissions of) updates.
If you don't hear from the maintainer within a reasonable timeframe, then...
