However if you are ok with a stricter comparison you could always convert your videos into static images and just compare frame by frame but I'm not sure if that is what you want. And even then after that it still has to be tested to see if it even works. So the short answer is no, there needs to be research done on it first. It's not set up to diff video, sorry!
