A little update / clue - I found this is happening only on the Bluetooth headphones. The EQ works well on my regular Realtek speaker outputs. So, something to do with it being Bluetooth? I will play around with it some more after work today. I will also try the Peace equalizer.

Hello all! On my computer I was running Windows 10 and Equalizer APO was working perfectly with my Crusher EVO headphones via bluetooth. Today, I updated to Windows 11. Equalizer APO stopped working, so I uninstalled / reinstalled version 1.3 and re-enabled it on the Crusher EVO. Everything in Equalizer APO works perfectly (preamp, low pass, high pass, etc.) -except- for the Graphic EQ. Help - the sound is horribly distorted when the Graphic EQ is turned on. When I turn it off - everything is normal...
