Cheers, anytime. If you are happy with that setup (and no reason not to be) then feel free to uninstall the Eclipse Adoptium\jre-21.0.4.7 you installed from add/remove programs. It is not being used by TVSP now. And enjoy TVSP 296.

Just start the service. You could also just re run the installer and it should do it all for you from here.

I don't think it will find it there: C:\Users\jtous\AppData\Local\Programs\Eclipse Adoptium\jre-21.0.4.7-hotspot\bin\java.exe If you type java.exe -version at the command prompt do you get anything? As for won't extract to that location, that is a windows thing. Just extract it anywhere first then copy the extracted files there afterwards.

Also try 296. I wrote it in May and had not got around to releasing it. I had fixed a tray.exe not detected issue that only seemed to occur on one of my computers so maybe it will fix it for you as well? Also it's the latest so you may as well install 296 on a new Win11 build.

The main item was to add the request someone had for a default option for auto add paths.
