Hi Charlie, I try to download a MODIS product over an extended period. Since I only need two of the SDS variables, I’d like to subset the file to cut storage need. Below is my code to use Nco python wrapper to call ncks. I have two questions - 1. The meta (struct, core, archive) data of original HDF file are written as part of NETCDF global attributes (in very long strings). Any way to remedy this?
