I'm not sure what a pull request is, neither how to do it. Can anyone tell, if this patch is included in the binaries for Mac right now (2017) ? Because the failure message from the feed at: https://epetitionen.bundestag.de/petitionen/rss.xml which says that the website needs temporary cookies which are not active in the browser, RSS Validator affirms that: http://feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fepetitionen.bundestag.de%2Fpetitionen%2Frss.xml is still coming on RSSOwl Version 2.2.1...

Hello, I recently "patched" my Java installation to be able to get HTTPS RSS Feeds. EDIT: Ok, found the problem... dunno why, but: (java install was borked) A fresh java install did the job. The installation created a hard-(or soft-)link to the above path with files, that are not null bytes in size... Sorry for stealing your time!
