Yes I have the same problem.
I put a copy of mingwm10.dll into the Keepassx directory and that fixed it.
If you don't already have a copy kicking around on your system grab one from nodevice.com or just google it.
Virus check it first though.
Not sure why it is not packaged with Keepassx, anyone?
