The beta-installer version 1.30 installs the IPP-runtime library, but on x64 systems the IPP throws a 'waterfall' error.
This is probably caused by the fact, that DLL's are installed in a wrong location.
Actually, the installer does not recognize the newest CPU's yet, so it installs the wrong DLL's. You can remedy this by un-installing the IPP-runtime via Control Panel/Software and then installing the faceAPI demo.
A new installer will be made in a while.
