The migration script just update the dictionary - but I think you must also synchronize column to update the default on database.
Also I don't know if it's right or wrong, just raising a warning for you to check:
I see in DD_OrderLine the columns
QtyEntered
QtyOrdered
also have default 1 (in dictionary and database)
