#732 4.0b6: Extract of GEDCOM within uploaded ZIP fails

According to the documentation, the "upload GEDCOM"
function is supposed to accept a ZIP file containing a
GEDCOM, and is supposed to extract the GEDCOM
automatically.

This feature doesn't work.
