It's not possible to change the title of a GEDCOM after
it's been imported.

I made an error in typing in the title of my GEDCOM,
and didn't notice until after the Import had completed.
I can edit the GEDCOM configuration, but changes to
the GEDCOM title aren't saved.

Manual editing of ./index/gedcoms.php works.
