#409 Duplicate Names in Most Common block

In v3.2, if you entered a name in the config section to
SHOW a most common name, it placed it into the block
formatted as entered. In our case, we added a few KEY
surnames in CAPS.

By v3.3, if you entered a surname into the config
section and this name was already on the list due to
its high count, it began to DUPLICATE the name. So
now, we have Arnold, ARNOLD and Powell, POWELL whereas
we in v3.2 we only had ARNOLD and POWELL listed.

We mentioned this in a help session write after the
release of 3.3 and John said he knew exactly what had
happened and would repair it in CVS, but that has not
yet occured and he has asked us to submit this as a bug
fix for a reminder. Here it is, and thanks
Stephen

Updated a few minutes ago )10:35 central, and cleared the caches on my
client and rebooted server to clear its cache. Duplicate names still exist,
so we're not sure what file to be watching for. Most Common Surnames
    Block.

    Hi Stephen,

I should have mentioned that you need to save your gedcom
configuration again ;) That updates the common surnames. I
have done so and saw it updated correctly.

Please have another look and let me know.

    Regards,

    Roland

TNX as this IS fixed, albeit with the one word of advice to
resave your GED-CONFIG after updating/changing the files so
    it reflects the fix.
    Looking good!
