Looks like there's another RB bug here: when I send a message with an attachment, the resulting file is not built properly. It's even flagged by some tools in the pipeline, e.g.:
X-Amavis-Alert: BAD HEADER MIME error: error: unexpected end of preamble
The problem appears to be that the text body, which is the first part in a multipart/mixed message, gets a "multipart/mixed" type itself...

When I reply to a message and include some quoted text, extra line breaks are being inserted near the end of each line. We need to either avoid these extra line breaks, or rewrap the text ourselves first before quoting each line.

Drag and drop of messages to move them to another mailbox is still not working, though the "Move To" menu command does work. So it should be only a little more effort to button up the drag & drop equivalent.
