Since the htmlArea JavaScript editor for HTML emails has become obsolete, now TinyMCE is being used in Quinsonnas Mail. A custom editor for HTML-based emails is now available in Quinsonnas 1.55. The latest version of TinyMCE as of now is used. Features include: spellchecking, simpler copying and pasting, and other WYSIWYG features. Please email me at sdexp at cosmosgaming dot com if you have any questions or would like to give feedback. I would also appreciate any help or advice you wish to offer.
The options file is changed to reflect no one's password. The editor for HTML email is now TinyMCE, and not htmlArea.
The only change for this version was the removal of a "maxlength" for the To field in Compose message.
The first implementation of Quinsonnas Mail Checker software has been made available online. SouthRiverHigh.org, a high school website for the school the author of this program went to, uses Quinsonnas Mail to give its various clubs and leaders access to official school email. In an attempt to institutionalize its important students' email addresses, the website used Quinsonnas to give its state- and internationally-recognized organizations such as Youth RISE and ThinkQuest Team their own means of contacting others and people amongst themselves. Though it is difficult to demonstrate, SouthRiverHigh.org's activities' email link is where the Quinsonnas Mail software is implemented.
Some updates have been made to Quinsonnas software to ensure that if other options in choosing different protocols accordingly affect what other options are available to edit by each user.
