Hi,
sorry, there is actually no source repository for Xfe.
You can download the source tar.gz file and compile it without problem.
Feel free to try it!
Best regards,
RB.

Hi Joo,
I've fixed the bug and a new version will be released in a few days with some minor bug fixes and translation updates.
Please be patient!

Hi
I came across to find out xfe. After using it for a while, I think it is better than other file manager I used in the past. Thanks for providing such software.
Now I have a question. Whilst trying to download the source, I find out there is no place to access to source repository e.g. svn, cvs. Is there any chance that I am able to check out trunk source from such repository? I am more...

Hello Roland,
while using the new Xfe 1.32 I have found a bug: If you mount an usb-stick
or over NFS and the mount is successful, while mounting comes a window
with "Error:" and an (X) but without information. Saying "OK" and then all
is ok. But why this window ? The same while umounting!
Look at the Error-Windows in the screeshots.
Please can you check this bug? It would be nice...

Hi again,
and addon to my previous message : it is not necessary to copy grp files to the location where eduke32 is installed. You only have to copy it to your .eduke32 directory and eduke32 will run fine when started from within Xfe.
Hope this helps,
RB.

Hi,
the problem withe eduke32 is probably due to the installation of the grp file in your local directory. You should either copy the grp file to your /usr/share/games/eduke32 or /usr/local/share/games/eduke32 directory and everything will be fine. I have installed eduke32 on Debian with this approach and everything went fine. Another idea is to create a shell script and add the location of the...

I've tried to browse to /usr/bin and double-click to launch xterm with XFE and Thunar. The difference is more subtle than applications in my testbed (i.e no crash or complain) but I think I've spotted my problem : whenever I launch an application from XFE, it thinks it was launched from/in my home directory. For instance, with xterm, environment variables OLDPWD and PWD are set to my home...

Xfe fails to extract .rar archives.
When doing right mouse click on a .rar file
(example: archive.rar),
and you choose to "Extract to folder archive",
xfe gives you the following message...
rar x -o+ '/home/user/archive.rar'
sh: rar: command not found
That's because the application for extracting .rar files is named unrar.
In Mandriva, at least.
I created a symlink "rar" in...

Do you have the same behaviour when executing /usr/bin/xterm or /usr/bin/xedit?
