Look in the subdirectorys for README files describing the use of the respective parts for example:
/webapi/README


You can use them in the directorys, but for security it is adviced to remove the IRC Bots and place them somewhere else, like /home/bots/
or /var/bot, just Outside of the WWW Dir.
