this seems to overlap slightly with request 1438294 from a long time ago. agree regex is a better way to provide filters, but would like to be able to filter in and/or filter out. thanks!

You mean that either one should be shown? If the volume doesn't support compression, WDS will anyway do the right thing.

Hard links are real files. In fact hard links are nothing but multiple references to the same data.
But the problem has been discussed and we will work on a fix for this issue.

If we got a lawyer to look at this free of charge and he'd say the same, I'd go for it. Until then, this won't be fixed.
Whether agreement is needed or not is a formality. EULA means "End-User License Agreement", the GPL is a license, so making the users aware under which license the software is distributed can't hurt.
If it's wrong and you have a link, for example to the Software Freedom...
