This Yahoo widget acts as a Widget 'AppStore' listing all the current widgets that are available from myself and Harry. The information is extracted using RSS feeds from our respective websites. The three widget screens show the current categories, descriptions and images of each selected widget and a download button allow the selected widget to be downloaded and then installed. Double-clicking on the widget image is enough to initiate a download. Double-clicking on the description text causes the widget's original web-page to be opened in your default browser. The widget allows you to select from either of two hard-coded feeds, my own steampunk widgets or Harry Whitfield's extensive widget library. You select the Feed to display by right-clicking and selecting the preferences. You will see an RSS tab where the feed choices are shown. Download it here Other preferences may be changed, the font, sounds and the download location as well as widget opacity. The widget can be minimised so it takes less space on your desktop and full help is available whilst it is running. Help is obtained by pressing and holding your mouse on the outer ring.
