Voice / Speech recognition for Developers , who want to do programming even of RSI problems really need such projects ! Especially opensource, to make it possible to customize.

I only recently heard about this project, and was wondering what the current state of it is – e.g. is it considered usable, or is there a lot of development still to do? Also, how easy or difficult would it be to implement support for languages other than Python, and/or editors other than Emacs?
