  Hey jagoffs - The problem you're all having is USER ERROR. Download the FULL PACKAGE (e.g. VirtualDubMod_1_5_10_2_All_inclusive.zip) or else you're just downloading the latest executable without all of the other necessary files.

  Yep, it's open source alright - dead project, and final "build" doesn't include a complete install... Great work... Btw: what's the point in creating a competing project, why not help out the VirtualDub guys?

  Tried :"Extracting VirtualDubMod_1_5_10_2_b2542.zip into VirtualDubMod_1_5_4_1_All_inclusive.zip and running VirtualDubMod.exe on a 1.2GB MKV but it exited with a memory error. Is there a size limit? Does it handle MKV
