No activity for many years. Only supports TEMPer devices that create a USB serial port, but the TEMPer device I have doesn't do this, so the project doesn't work. My system has zero serial ports, but the software that came with the TEMPer can read it while utac says no device exists. The project could use a note about exactly which types of TEMPer are and are NOT supported to save people from wasting their time with it. to pedrokov: v1.6 doesn't work any better, and the [3 year old] source link given here doesn't work, so I cannot look to see why.

Very nice option compared to the vendor software. However it crashed for me when I try to use the url/grabber option

Still waiting for my TEMPer devices to arrive to fully test this software, but first impressions are good. Shame the project seems dormant as external temperature monitoring clearly an area that is lacking in decent software.
