  MAJOR CHANGES BETWEEN VERSIONS 3.0 and 4.0 - New configuration file format. Configuration files are not compatible with 3.0 version. - Partial visual interface added (for configuring the program) - Support for more filters, including regular expressions. - Filters can match against URL, filename or title. - Filter can cause a file to be moved to a destination folder without injecting URL. - Filter can be set to match all rules (logical "AND") or any rule (logical "OR"). - Ability to create backup files. - Notifications can be fine-tuned better. - Notifications display more information. - Ability to configure the maximum number of times URLInject tries to process a file before it gives up (e.g. if the file is in use by another application). - Improved HTML parsing routine. - When moving files to another folder, URLInject can now prompt for action if the destination file already exists.
