I've just uploaded the 20030216 releases of both UEAS and AddUser. AddUser is a really ugly servlet (if you don't like it, edit the template file :)) that allows users to sign up for the service. At the moment only allows one email account per user, but in the future it will allow users to add more than one account at a time, edit their settings and remove accounts if necessary.

CVS support has been added to the project. To download the most recent version of the code, which might not work at that moment, you have to issue the following command:
