Transproxy is used in conjunction with the FreeBSD (ipfw and ipnat) or Linux transparent proxy feature (ipfwadm, ipchains and iptables), to transparently proxy HTTP requests.

Fixed problem with posting a large amount of data. A buffer is malloc'ed based on the "Content-Length" header and the posted data is read into that. Fixed a few compiler warnings with FreeBSD/GCC 3.4.2. Make direct connection fail-over a tad faster.
