2003 Sep 09 - 0.40 released Point release. 2003 Jan 20 - 0.38 released PgConnection renamed to PqmmConnection and PgDatabase renamed to PqmmDatabase. Makefile-related changes: - the names of compiled libraries now contains major and minor version numbers; - -march and -O now controled from makefile.env file. New features: - explicit begin/end transaction handling added; - client's encoding support added; - error handling support added (throu callbacks instead of exceptions). 2002 Dec 25 - 0.35 initial release Initial release

Now every message can manage his mail/sms/page gate. Database structure has changed. 2. AlarmGui's message dialog has changed to reflect changes above. 2003 Sep 09 - 0.40 released 1. Database's definitions has changed. 2. Some major bug removed (thought not very well).
