DownloadTLPD is designed to tackle the 'path name too long' issue. It scans the directory tree, searching for files and folders with full path name that may be too long for Windows to handle. TLPD is portable, has silent mode. ReadMe and source are available.

Searches for files with too long a name, including a path. That's good, but it's only looking.

Yea thats okay but its just for one problem. I wanted a more sophisticated and all rounder software. Which this is not exactly. I then tried GS Richcopy 360 which worked very well for me, it has many cool features that one would want from a software.
