very helpful to give our Helpdesk a fast, searchable overview of Switches and Hosts.

It does a good job of gathering desparate information and bringing it together in a very useful format. The problem is there is virtually no support. I have submitted two questions to the forum's Help section several weeks ago and still have not had the courtesy of an answer. Unless you know a lot about perl scripting, don't expect much help from the author or anyone else when you hit snags.

Come on! You put a lot of work into this package, but you haven't updated the Windows-Installation.pdf file. It doesn't exactly work for version 12.5. Please update this file so I can love your program the way everyone else does.

The most routinely used tool in our arsenal of network utilities. Before we perform any type of major network equipment move we consult switchmap before and after the changes. It is also great for tracking down that IP to MAC address across switches.

Definitely a worthwhile tool to have in the LAN management arsenal.
