why does x64 version of the 9.10 install into 'program files (x86)'? thought it was a native x64 version…

Could you please release the command-line version of 7-Zip for Windows Mobile, or add the command-line options to the 7-Zip File Manager? I need to be able to extract 7-Zip files from a script.

7-zip makes SetColumnWidthAuto when the number after each new digit (1000, 10000, 100000, …).
What Windows version?
Do you have default font / font size?

Had a problem when uninstalling : the uninstall program reboot without asking. Very bad behavior IMHO as I lost important data (in clipboard) with no time to paste it anywhere…
A "need to reboot, do you want to do it now ?" would be nice…

I have a problem when I archive files and split them into parts. If I create a solid archive the file extension would be conquest.7z, but if I split it into parts the archive file extension would be conquest.7z.001, conquest.7z.002, conquest.7z.003, etc. This causes problems when I try to unpack these files because the .7z.001 extension cannot be recognised, so it will not unpack if I double click on it.
Can you change the archive format so when you split files they would be conquest.001.7z, conquest.002.7z, etc. A similar system is already used for rar files, making their split archives easier to unpack.

This is something that has bothered me ever since I started using 7-Zip. So I completely agree with this request! It would indeed be more usable and standard compliant to have file extension at the end of an archive/ part file's name

7-Zip 9.10 beta was released.
7-Zip for 32-bit Windows:

7-Zip for 64-bit Windows x64:

7-Zip for Windows Mobile:

What's new after 7-Zip 9.09 beta:
- The BUG in 7-Zip 9.09 beta was fixed:
7-Zip created incorrect ZIP archives, if ZipCrypto encryption was used.

Error was in zip archives that conatain more files, that CPU threads (for example, 2 for Core2 E*).
Maybe it's possible to unpack these bad archives, if you include similar bug in decoder's code.
Do you have "bad" archives with important data?

Thanks for your efforts.
Any chance to get an updated port to p7zip for non-Windows-users soon?
Thanks
Daemon Tools Lite:

Hi
In addressbar of 7-Zip File Manager
just see Documents,Computer.Network
Can you add Desktop like windows explorer
> Any chance to get an updated port to p7zip for non-Windows-users soon?
Pzip 9.04 (like 7-zip 9.04) does not have the bug "7-Zip created incorrect ZIP archives, if ZipCrypto encryption was used".
So there no urgent need of p7zip 9.10 …
But, of course, p7zip 9.10 is in progress …
Could you please release the command-line version of 7-Zip for Windows Mobile, or add the command-line options to the 7-Zip File Manager? I need to be able to extract 7-Zip files from a script.
I still miss a question during installation, if 7z should add file associations for the archive files.
It's too complicated to go into options after installation (it's okay for ONE computer, but not in a company with many computers).
Please add this small, but really helpful thing!

Daemon Tools Lite - DTLite4355-0068.exe
Daemon Tools Lite DTLite4355-0068.exe
7-zip makes SetColumnWidthAuto when the number after each new digit (1000, 10000, 100000, …).

wwwmt:
Do you see that problem always?
Try to compress 15000 files to zip or 7z with password.
And then call "test" command with "bad" password.
