The script for using the ingredient list on the crack (loc12.mpl:523) is doing DisableTony, then playing the pattern C12TONY (and doing WaitForPatternEnd), then EnableTony, and I get Tony flickering at the end (when the pattern is disabled but EnableTony didn't get called yet). This is caused by us sleeping in ScriptThread, I guess. Not trivial to fix.

I've reordered the detection entries and added the entries for the updated French / Italian versions. I've also added all the Debian repacked versions. These have all been added in commits 2dce716, d2a97bc, f0071c6 and d06a654 (master) and 3c674d0, cf7d1a7, 23ebd2f and 901d1a6 (branch 1.6). I could be wrong, but I get the impression that our displayFrame() is based on the Windows version of the Hugo games. The DOS version appears to do the drawing in two steps: One to determine if the sprite is in the foreground or in the background, and one to actually draw it. I thought I would be able to do a simple fix, but it didn't work. It probably needs to match the original behavior...
