RSS Feeds are becoming popular nowadays. There are many tools to view RSS Feeds. But, to create a Feed, its very hard to find tools. Also, Creating a RSS feed manually is not very easy. RSS Feed Creator is a tool which wiill create a RSS Feed for you.
