Added opengl rendering for Spacefill mode. To test load molecule and select Spacefill. Need to change projection from perspective to orthogonal.

RasMolStereo-0.0.1 is now available

RasMolStereo-0.0.1 is now available to any interested parties. Please note that this version does not draw any molecules yet. This is an initial port of RasMol-2.7.2.1 to OpenGL.
