In my opinion this bug is a duplicate of #2474666 which was fixed already. At least I simulated reported problem by changing date to December 29th, 2009 and Rachota correctly created diary_2010_1.xml diary file because on my system it's enough if the first week has at least 1 day of the new year. On the other hand I also found diary_2010_52.xml in my userdir created on December 31st - not sure...

In the se days (since 28.12.2009. today is yhe 30.12.2009), there is the 53rd week of the year 2009. The Rachota cannot handle this situation, because this week is also the 1st week of the year 2010, even if we have the year 2009. So Rachota tries to save the data to the file 2009_01.xml instead of 2009_53.xml. There are no data saved since 28.12.2009 and man can use Rachota just as a timewatch.
