Rachota is a portable application for timetracking different projects. It runs on Windows, Linux, Solaris and Mac. It displays time data in diagram form, creates customized HTML reports and provides suggestions to increase your effeciency.
I use Rachota since 2004 when I started to work from home 3 days a week. It helped me not only track projects but its real benefit are the analytic features showing time utilization, ability to look back and investigate measured data. Rachota also provides suggestions on better time efficiency!
I have tried all the other time tracker software out there "free ones" And this is the only one you need.
I really like it!
I started using Rachota in early 2005 to improve my time management skills. After almost 5 years of daily usage I have to admit, this tool is really great. Beside its current features set, the tool development and support is something I highly appreciate. I can recommend Rachota to everybody who works on many different tasks per day and needs to track the time and effort spent on them. Moreover in case of weekly Timesheets filling, Rachota reports can save a lot of time.
Very handy program. Helps me be more efficient -- it's too embarrassing to spend hours behind the computer and see only 8 minutes 'logged'. Instant motivation to get back to work.
best time tracking system seen thus far
Good software, simple, fast, has keyboard shortcuts has intuitive gui, self explanatory charts, i like it ...
I use Rachota nearly every day - 8 to 15 hours per day, Monday through Friday, to track against my primary job responsibilities. The user experience has been enjoyable, and the results very useful. I find it simple, effective, and fairly intuitive.
