In case you don't know, there's one easy way to apply time-stretching on a audio clip: while pressing the SHIFT (or CTRL) key modifier, point and click over one of the clip edges, holding the mouse button to drag it to a new position, just like resizing the clip in time. The resulting clip will get time-stretch applied in direct propertion to the change in length.
