hey you guys ... this is a great product and I decided to use it for QA test case management in my company. I've some problems like it says:
1. Set Java_HOME environmental variable
2. Set Catalina_HOME environmental variable to portal directory in your qaManager Installation. (my qaManager installation directory is at c:\qaManager)

agreed - though some files are LINUX native and other DOS native - hence the 'duplication'
problem i found was the lack of specific documentation packed with the application. qamanager looks good (screenshots) but janesh needs to understand that his audience was not with him when he wrote the application, so we didn't know which folder/directory he's talking about.
