  • Nothing but good work! Some ideas to think of: 1. If the right click on the session in the windows would also have an Edit option that would just open putty for that session to be able to change settings, would be awesome. 2. To be able to clone sessions with automatic incrementation of the name for example and maybe of the ip address would also be good. Actually, maybe to take a csv file with minimum details (like hostname/ip, session name) and create sessions with common parts too (like username, private key etc.) would make things a lot easier. At this moment I have to export the putty registry, open that in a text editor and start duplicating entries and making the changes manually or through some grep/sed/awk script. I used to manage about 150 session like this, grouped in 5 different categories but the initial setup of the sessions was a pain. To be honest, from a connection manager I expect the options to actually manage (edit/create/backup/delete etc.) sessions.
