I had to do a little tweaking but saves me time of coding it myself. :)

Great program but I wish I could make corrections to the form as I go instead of starting all over just to fix a minor goof.

Great for non-PHP experts! My only wish; --for this gem (all and others)-- is more consideration of Section 508 standards.
