Didn't work, but was easy enough to take the existing code, more up-to-date pam module examples, and create a horrible combination of the two to get everything working. In the end, it's worth the time to make it work. If anyone really wants the version I modified for non-deployed use, just ask me at nathanb _AT_ actiontarget _DOT_COM. It's ugly, but it works.
